„The layout and sizable rooms of this house are excellent, though a bit worn. Nice back yard. Marginal neighborhood. We were put off by the cigarette smell when we walked in, and an overwhelming smell of cat urine in the garage.“

„The BVBH is quite possibly the best rental we have gotten on any of the sites. We’ve stayed in NWA numerous times to visit family, each time we got a rental and are use to it not being what is listed. This property is exactly what is listed and more. Perfect location to golf, bike and hiking trails, thrifting and shopping (my wife) and restaurants of all kinds. Our next trip up we will be checking the availability at BVBH. Thanks to Jack for such a great spot and stay.“

„This home was advertised as pet and kid friendly but the backyard was disappointing for both. the toys were strewn all over the yard in pieces. the only thing the boys could plat with was the tee and soccer goal but they had to make sure they didn't step on anything else. the fence was also in bad shape with several places that my dogs were about to get out of.“
