« Some places like the laundry was still under renovation and the phone was in the room was present but not connected. There was a small continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast. Although the rooms were updated, the AC units were not and left a dusty and unfresh smell when they did turn on. The staff was pleasant but not helpful in resolving some issues, like the room smell or noise levels during night hours. »

« Hot tub didn’t work so we basically had a bubble free bath. Ask housekeeping to Not service room of 2 night stay. They went into room anyway when we were gone. Morning of check out, housekeeping came into room without knocking, even though we had sign on door that we weren’t ready, nor had we checked out yet. They almost caught me changing my clothes. No apology just shut door and went about their business on the next room. »
