« This condo development is undergoing some renovations so obviously a bit older but this property was the cleanest, most well apportioned VRBO at which we have ever stayed. The touches of what we would need during our stay was amazing, and our experience of exploring the Smokies was seamless and comfortable. « There was plenty of parking and it was very convenient to downtown. The place is pretty small so keep that in mind if you have more than 2 people. The place is on the first floor, which we didnt think we'd care for because usually the first floor is usually very noisy, but this unit is at the very end and on a corner so it was actually very nice! The pool was nice and the stairs in back were great for walking downtown. »
