„We loved the place! Very comfy and easy to get to with the owners great directions. 15 min down the mountain to all shopping and food and things, another 10-15 into pigeon forge. Pretty easy to find things to do. Would definitely stay again! Pool was great, two hot tubs, very well kept! “

„Loved the location of the condo. We were able to walk to places we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again. I have only one complaint but there is anything you could do about it. We were unable to enjoy our balcony in the evening when the sun went down. The guests in the condo below us were out on their balcony smoking every evening. We are non- smokers and cant stand the smell of it. We just stayed inside our room.“

„The condo is perfectly situated at the park end of the Gatlinburg strip. We walked over and ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery (our longtime favorite), Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, and Cumberland Jack’s LeConte Kitchen and then spent some time people watching. We were just a short drive away from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the GSM park. The property was clean and updated. It was cozy but there was room for the three of us. “

„Charles was great to communicate with before and during the stay. Our battery in the door lock went dead but it was quickly remedied All three bedroom and bathrooms were as described. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. We cooked breakfast and one meal. Walking distance to the center of town. We would definitely return. “

„Cozy and clean condo! Well equipped, public room for washing/drying on the same floor in the building, just around the corner. Location is great. A few walking minutes and you are in the middle of everything in Gatlinburg. Only the AC is a little noisy when the compressor starts to work, but just in that moment, normal when in function. Great communication with the owner! We would come back!“

„The location cannot be beat! Walkable to everything in Downtown Gatlinburg which made it so we almost never had to drive. Scott was incredibly responsive, even shipping us a full size air mattress at our request, same day, to accommodate my older son. The unit has laundry facility, 2 pools (one heated indoor that my younger son loved), enough of a kitchen to prepare light breakfast or lunch in unit so you don't have to eat out every meal. „The property was as beautiful as in the photos. The check in process was very easy and the checkout process was very clear. We enjoyed the coffee bar, games, and snacks that were provided. We enjoyed the pool with children ages 3 and up. We saw a black bear while hanging out on the spacious deck and it was a highlight of our time.
