Weekend Stay
We have always enjoyed staying at this resort and love the properties. Everything would have been great but we did not have hot water for the 3 days we were there. Someone did come and check the problem out and they were not able to fix the issue. When reaching out to management about the issue and asking for a partial refund for the inconvenience of this we were offered a very mediocre amount in comparison to what we paid in total for our stay. Having small children and not being able to give them a proper appropriate bath after sweating out all day was definitely very upsetting. I will say the communication was very good from their end and I do appreciate there efforts. If we wouldn’t have had this issue we would have a wonderful stay.
