For owner-week and member-points bookings, the charge depends on the reservation type; it also applies to owner or member check-ins on rental reservations. The charge includes basic guest internet, self-parking for one vehicle, sports equipment rentals, PressReader access, and barbecue gazebo and equipment.

- **Late Arrivals:** Contact the resort in advance if you expect to arrive after 11:00 PM local time. Late arrivals may be subject to cancellation without prior arrangements.

House Rules / Policies

- **Minimum Check-In Age:** The person checking in must be at least 18 years old.

- **Maximum Occupancy:** Two-bedroom lockoff accommodations have a maximum occupancy of 8 guests, including children. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

- **Smoking:** All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including electronic smoking devices, are prohibited inside suites. A $500 cleaning fine may apply for smoking-related violations.

- **Pets:** Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals. Certified emotional support and therapy animals are not permitted.

- **Guest Names:** The reservation owner must arrange any additional or alternative guests with the resort before arrival.

- **Accommodation Requests:** Requests for a particular suite location or early arrival are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

- **Accessible Accommodations:** ADA accommodations must be reserved at the time of booking.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 security deposit is required on a credit card upon checking in. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charge upon check out.
