We enjoyed all that the house had to offer to my family during our stay. The hot tub and theatre room were very popular. The house was well equipped and the host was very helpful.

The theatre room very nice to watch sporting events as well as movies. Very nice sound system.

It was a wonderful experience. The property was just as described. We loved looking at the beautiful smoky mountains, enjoying the indoor pool and hot tub , the game room, and the theater. There was great communication between the host and myself and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this property for anyone with large families and children or couples going to enjoy time together. We can’t wait to go back.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Gatlinburg! We had 8 adults and 5 kids aged 6-11 and had more than enough space for all of us. From my brother-in-law who I could barely get off the arcade machine to my kids who loved every square inch from the pool to the pool table this place was a great week away! We saw bears everyday (and forgot to lock our van one night and they even seemed to open the door!) right from the house. The place was very clean and well stocked. There was ample parking for our 4 vehicles (could've fit another one at least) and though we didn't, you could have walked to the main drag.

Great location. A short hilly walk to and from downtown. House was clean and well designed. We had a great time and Q is very responsive and has great communication. Id highly recommend this VBRO.

Cabin was more than expected. Enough room for all 12 of us. Close to the parkway. Had a bear hang around every day! Helen quick to respond to all questions. Can’t wait to book with her again.

Amazing house and location!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were perfectly maintained and were such a hit with the kids! The location was very convenient and very close to downtown Gatlinburg. It was walkable during the day, with some hills and no sidewalks near the house. Communication was exceptional, and Helen was the perfect host! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home.

Great property. Great location. Living room furniture is not very comfortable. Theater room was awesome. Most comfortable chairs in house. Loved the pool and hot tub.

Beautiful property even better time!

I recently stayed at a cabin just a short walk from Gatlinburg, and it was an amazing experience! If you’re okay with a bit of an uphill walk, the location is perfect for exploring the town on foot. The setting was beautiful, and we were lucky enough to see bears daily, which added to the charm. The cabin itself was fantastic—super comfortable beds, plenty of space, and multiple decks to enjoy the gorgeous views. The pool was a great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we had a wonderful time and plan to return! Highly recommend it if you want a cozy, spacious, and scenic place near Gatlinburg.

Awesome astay in the Mountains

Loved our stay had 5 drifferent groups. All had individual bedrooms and there own bathrooms. Cabin was new and the pool and hot tub were super enjoyable. Loved the place!

Gatlinburg Getaway

The house may be close to town but still has great views! We even had bear friends every day! The kids loved the pool and game room. Travel was easy to all the attractions although walking it is not very viable. We did have construction next door but the disruption was minimal. It really is a great home that we were able to make great memories in! I can’t say enough about how responsive and gracious the host was for us. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. 5 stars all the way!

We booked our stay for a family vacation. Our group included 6 adults and 8 children. The cabin was in a great location to with an easy drive to all activities. This cabin exceeded our expectations!

Large Family Home near Downtown

Our extended family of 13 really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful. It had enough room for everyone to have their own space. We used the pool and/or hot tub almost every day. The pool area is on the bottom level along with the theater room. There is a code to punch in to be able to get downstairs, which was nice for peace of mind. The arcade games were a hit with the kids and adults. The location was nice. There are other cabins nearby, so you’re not remote or in the woods or anything per se. It’s within walking distance of the Gatlinburg strip where there’s restaurants, shops, the aquarium & more fun things to do. You can drive to the national park within 15 minutes or so. Anakeesta is also a walk down the hill (which has a steep incline leading to the house, so walking back is a bit tougher), but that was our favorite place. I’d highly recommend spending a day there! We were excited that on two different days, we saw a mama bear and her four cubs strolling along the road just next to our parking area. They kept their distance and we kept ours. Another day, a different, younger bear ventured closer to the house. Just be sure to keep your doors locked :) Overall, we loved this house and really enjoyed our time there!

Good family house

We had a great time on our vacation. Having the pool and hot tub was a added activity since it was a bit cool. I do suggest if you decide to stay here bring you own supplies, from salt to pepper, zip bags, garbage bags, laundry pods and dishwasher soap. What was supplied did not fit our needs. We were able to order things thru DoorDash. Overall, it is a great house!
