Cabin was amazing, super clear, spacious. Great communication with the host. After a long day out, was amazing to have the Jacuzzi to relax in. Could not ask for a better place to stay.

Beautiful Cabin, Beautiful Memories

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4! We have a 20 year old and a 15 year old so for them to have their own room was amazing! We spent most nights in the movie room watching shows or playing video games and also enjoyed the hot tub! Super comfy beds and furniture, which is a bonus! We not only saw a bear in the neighborhood but one outside of our cabin the last night, which was super cool! The proximity of this cabin to downtown Gatlinburg was perfect! We could not have asked for a better location! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Cabin itself was in a great location. Just outside of downtown Gatlinburg, but still close enough to drive or catch the trolley into town. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this cabin. On arrival in the one upstairs bathroom there were mouse traps located near the air vent. We noticed animal poop around the floor and could smell urea as well. This was NOT disclosed to us prior to our stay. Clearly there was an animal problem before we got there. One night while sitting by the fire we saw between 15-20 bats fly out from the roofline of the cabin. It appeared bats are living in the space between the roof and ceiling of the cabin and their poop is falling through the cracks of the ceiling and into the bathroom. We could hear them throughout the day when we were in the cabin as well. Additionally, we noticed bugs in the same bathroom too and upon our investigation they were bat bugs which were also falling through the cracks of the ceiling and onto the floor and bathroom counter below it. We live in a rural community and we understand nature can be unforgiving at times but renting a place that has bat poop and bat bugs falling through the ceiling is unacceptable. We reached out to the owners and gave them permission to check out the issue while we were here, knowing it may be easier to fix once we had left, but they chose to wait until we left. Overall, we are very disappointed with our stay.

Perfect

You feel secluded, but your not far from anything you would want to do. We really enjoyed our hot tub time at the end of our days hiking, riding and shopping! The whole experience was amazing!! Loved every minute, even the rainy morning in the tv room watching a movie. We will be back!

We had a GREAT time on our vacation in the Smokies. Cabin was great! We had everything we needed. The grandchildren especially loved the hot tub. I would definitely book our vacation here again.

18th Birthday

Over all we were very pleased. The code for the door lock is a bit much and I was given the wrong code and then I took the listing as 3 bedrooms but it really was only 2. Overall we were pleased and it was worth 5 stars.

Disappointed

Less than 24 hours before our departure at origin we were required to submit names and ages of all individuals staying on the property and I had to submit an ID all while the reservation was made about 8 weeks in advance. The place was somewhat difficult to find. It could use a much better description to the actual location. When we first entered the unit it was mediocre clean at best and several things were broken. There was a note advising us that it is a violation to feed the bears, but on a different note we were instructed to dump grease and oil "behind the propane tank"......

Quiet wooded getaway

Very quiet. Nice hot tub with wooded view. Enjoyed bags game provided outside. Very convenient location. We went to the state park, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg.

Sweet 16 Birthday

The house was exactly as listed. The beds were comfortable and had enough blankets to keep warm in the cool nights. The theater room was a wonderful bonus as my birthday girl LOVES to watch movies!!! Loved the privacy of the house and was excited to see a bear!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!!

Smoky Mountain vacation

Our stay at Justin’s cabin was perfect for our family. Our kids loved the hot tub, game room, and all the bear decor. It’s 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg which was ideal to get away from the crowds. The cabin was very clean and I was impressed that there were no bugs inside despite being in a wooded area. Justin is very responsive and a great host throughout the reservation process. Highly recommend this cabin!

Love this cabin!

My husband and our two teenage daughters stayed at this cabin for four nights in March and it was a great experience. The cabin was exactly as described and had all of the essentials. The hot tub and media room were a big hit. The location is perfect. A short drive to a grocery store and not far from everything you might want to do. It was clean and felt remote even though there are other cabins close by. The outdoor fire pit was also really great to have for making s’mores and sitting around talking. Checkin and checkout was easy and the property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend this cabin for people under 70 and over the age of 4. There are a lot of stairs and the surrounding landscape might be a lot to manage for older seniors or families with very young children.
