Das heißt aber nicht, dass Sie in einem Hotelzimmer übernachten und alle Vorteile einer Ferienwohnung nutzen müssen. Im Gatehouse 106 erwarten Sie ein Kamin, eine Terrasse, eine große Sitzecke, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, in der Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten zubereiten können, und Zugang zu einem saisonalen Außenpool. Noch wichtiger ist, dass Gatehouse das jüngste Apartmentgebäude ist, das in Gehweite zur Innenstadt liegt. Es ist ein neueres Gebäude, das privat, gepflegt und ruhig ist. Sie haben also alle Annehmlichkeiten, um in Gatlinburg in einer neueren Einheit zum Kabinenpreis zu sein!

Fall Getaway

The layout of the unit is awesome, the view from the patio spectacular, and the location incredible. However updates are needed. The carpets are worn and spotted, some of the tiles are cracked and broken, the ice maker did not work, and the sinks in the bathrooms did not drain well. We still had a great time and would consider coming back.

Very nice open floor plan on the inside, great bedrooms and the view from the patio was great. Its a bit of a walk to "downtown" (1.1 miles),,, the thing to remember though,, its downhill on the way into town,, its uphill on your way back to the condo. All in all,, the rental company was super attentive, checked on us a couple of times,, the place was great,,, the location is awesome,, would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is a ground level condo in a nice centrally located HOA. Loved the layout it gave the units living area a nice open feel. It is obviously dated, but who goes to Gatlinburg to stay inside. The kitchen has everything you need (who wants to cook while on vacation ?) If you’re looking for a place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and adult beverages at night this is the perfect place for you. It was for us!!
