Very responsive host, stocked kitchen with utensils, appliances and dishes. WiFi was spotty and beds were not very comfy but overall it was an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

WATER LEAK: The second day of our stay, it rained and there were at least 7-8 different locations in the roof where water leaked into a main bedroom onto our personal items. We contacted the host, and no one came to address this issue. I would never recommend this cabin due to the leaks (which I find hard to believe were not previously discovered) or the communication. They asked me to submit photos and videos, which I did, but other than that no action was taken.

This property is completely as described. It is beautifully nestled in the foothills of the Smokey's. The building itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was clean and smelled fresh. There was plenty of extra trash bags and toiletries. The hosts were super helpful. Overall it was a wonderful getaway and would love to do it again.

Problems you should fix:-only had 5 forks-ceiling in bedroom leaked when raining -no foosball’s for the foosball game-no cookie sheets -teflon coating in pots & pans was flaking off terribly -couldn’t get basement tv to work properly

Great Time in Gatlinburg

We took our family trip to Gatlinburg this year. We stayed in a cabin that held all 17 of us comfortably. It was the perfect space for us to all be together and spend some time bonding into the late night hours. So many great memories were made. We will definitely be coming back because there is so much else to do. This trip we went to Dollywood Theme and Splash Parks. We are already looking forward to our next trip. Thank you for providing the space for families to make memories that last a lifetime.

I had my family here for a 4 night stay -- it was a good space; some of the kitchen items were rusty and there was a leak in the upstairs bathroom otherwise we had a very nice time. The problem occurred after I left and realized I had put my purse "in a safe place" and inadvertently left it. I noticed my mistake right away; I was told I could not go back to the cabin even though it was only an hour past. It's been 2 weeks now and every time I need to contact Justin; He says he will check on it but still nothing. I have 2 special needs children and we had an important card i there for his heart device plus our passport cards. I've implored the office to please give me an update and still nothing back. What was a really nice family vacation has turned now into something else. We planned to make it back this Fall but I won't be staying at any of his places. Sad to have turned out this way.

Very nice house.

House was as expected except for the arcade game. It was inoperable. One recommendation is that the bathroom on the main floor be converted to a handicap shower with grab bars. Wife was handicapped and the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms had walk in showers but my wife couldn’t do stairs. Showers were very difficult.

The house was perfect for the diverse age ranges in our group; there was space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Having bathrooms for each bedroom was also a huge plus!!!! Totally recommend staying here; location is perfect for access to any and all activities but still has the privacy and seclusion of being in the mountains.

Firefly Lodge

We had a great time here. The lodge is convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The pool table and air hockey table were much appreciated for our down time. The hot tub was a hit with all the family!

The cabin was fine the tv downstairs where the pool table is didn’t work there was no hot water so my 8 month old didn’t take a shower there was mold on the shower head on the main floor & I went to use a mixing bowl to mix pancakes & it had blue paint in it I contacted the people & they wanted us to do all the reset breaker box batteries etc

Wonderful Vacation!

My family of 10 had a great time at the cabin! Host had great communication from the initial booking all the way through to checking out. Minor issues were reported upon check-in and addressed immediately. I was very impressed with the customer service. Cabin is beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed from a keurig to baby spoons. Highly recommend!!

Lack of cleaning and washing of bedding

The house itself was in a great location and it had everything that we needed; however, after the first day and night we were there I noticed that a spare comforter I grabbed looked like that it hadn’t been washed from prior guests because there was something stuck to it (small food partial). I learned later that the one of the bedrooms when they went to bed the first night pulled back the sheet to get in bed there was hair on it. I did reach out to the host as soon as I learned and he asked for pictures and I told him I hadn’t took any but we went ahead and washed them ourselves and I just wanted to let him know because obviously whoever he has cleaning isn’t doing their job. I wasn’t overly impressed with the cleanliness though of the baseboards, entertainment/fireplaces was really dusty, and also the blinds. The day we checked out we decided to take off all the sheets that way they would have to wash them; when we took off one of the sheets we noticed an old blood stain on the mattress protector (which was brown in color) that I did take pictures of.

We will be back!

We stayed at this cabin with our church’s youth group. We had 15 of us total and the cabin accommodated all of our needs. There was plenty of space to sleep comfortably, plenty of bathrooms, cooking supplies, and a large living room/dining room for us to gather for meetings and prayer. Our youth greatly enjoyed the hot tub and all of the games in the game room! Another huge plus was that it is very close to the town of Gatlinburg! We had a bus and a truck that we were able to easily park in the driveway. The host was easy to communicate with and was very welcoming. He sent us all the information we needed along with suggestions and coupons for us to use in town. We will definitely stay here again!

It was cool

The property was nice overall. Beautiful views. Has a few hiccups that made me take a star away. The shower on the main floor never got hot. Stayed lukewarm at best while upstairs shower felt way better. Never got to use the fire pit bc the knob was broken off and there was no propane and wasn’t aware if we had to provide that or what. There was a crockpot which was perfect for the meal I prepared. The jacuzzi was nice and hot. Unfortunately we didnt find out it could change colors until after we left! The hills were a little steep but only scary really when it started to snow. Please use Google Maps! Waze will get you lost!! We were told this ahead of time and it is def true! Overall a pretty nice place to stay.

Wonderful location, needs some updates/fixes

We rented this cabin for our large family to gather over Thanksgiving. There were some significant issues that we reached out to the owner about. I spent lots of time on Thanksgiving day messaging trying to get things resolved. I was very impressed that the owner communicated so much on a holiday and that someone actually came out. Unfortunately, we were told there was no gas in the fire pit and that we would have to purchase another canister - one would think the fire pit is listed as an amenity they would provide the gas. He did not have towels and he needed something to fix the shower. He would be back the following day. We never heard from him or the owner again. Admittedly, I did not reach out but after spending so much time dealing with it on a holiday I just wanted to focus on family. The positives:AMAZING location.Large cabin - we had 14 adults and one child and did not feel crowded (except for the kitchen)very cool game roomhot tub many bedrooms and most had private bathslots of parking great porches! Lots of hang out spaceNegativesgenerally run down.most showers had unsecure doors at the bottom causing water damagetowels are small - one per person - there needs to be more. women require 2 (one hair one body) - bring your own. dryer doesn't really dry - took 2 towels 3 x through to drydishes plentiful but cook wear needs to be replaced - very scratchedone shower was shooting water out of the wall where the old knobs werecouldn't use fire pit

Stay here!!!

Great place to stay for gatlinburg /pigeon forge vacations. Plenty of room for my family. Had 13 sleeping comfortable with plenty of room to spare. Hot tub was nice, kids loved the game room. Location is really fantastic. You can be downtown gatlinburg in less than 10 minutes honestly. We will be back

Weekend Getaway

This beautiful home is just as pictured online with easy access and close to grocery store. Fully stocked in kitchen and plenty of towels. This home has plenty of space for everyone and game room was fun! You will see bears so make sure you lock your vehicles!
