First the house is always cleaned top to bottom by a professional company... it's a lake property and it's very common for cod webs and spider webs... this is mentioned also. Secondly there is no mention of a beach at this property...its doesn't mention a beach as there is no beach.... it says lake access... The stairs are very safe.... there is hand rail and they are metal with grip traction for your feet... not made as a toy for children to run up and down... they are made to walk up and down from house to water and back... so i don't understand your definition of dangerous for folks... the house also has great views of the lake as the pictures show in the posting... there is some growth as we have had much rain this year and plants and small trees have grown very fast.. they are pruned and trimmed frequentlyby our landscaper.... you mentioned in all your text that Everything was great and having a great time. You never once complaining about anything or expressed dissatisfaction.... so not sure where your comments are coming from!!! Sorry you were disappointed... 90% of everyone else has a great time and loves the place... not sure what you were expecting for a cottage on the lake at this price point.

Sorry you were unhappy with your stay... places on the water always have spider webs and they appeart hours after cleaned up... The guest never asked any questions or complained about anything until after they departed. As you can see by other tenant comments, the house is always clean...and I always have great communication with all my guest. I think they were just unhappy people with little to no communication skills....i ask all my guest it they are are upon checking in...these people never responded or asked anything. Barry

Sorry you were so unhappy, but as usual there are some people that think they are staying in a 5 star resort and no matter what can not be pleased. This is a lake house and there is a cleaning company that comes and takes care of this property to COVID standards. There was no way to please this person...as soon as she checked in, she text and said that the toaster had crumbs in it, and she found a finger print on the coffee pot(REALLY)....She Spent the whole time there in the house critiquing every little thing she could, and never went outside...This is an older cottage with renovations and upgrades being performed annually. She said the house was so bad, but she wanted to come back for a week for free to help do little things around the house. DON'T RENT TO HER ....She should stay home....The nerve of some people....If it was that bad why would you even stay the whole time! My advice for those reading this comment is look at all my reviews and see that 90+% of my guest enjoyed their stay and had a great time and complimented how nice the cottage is.

This is a Lake cottage...apparently some people think they're coming to live in a brand new house on the lake asst a price point under $300 per night.... there are always going to be a few spiders and flies on lake properties, no matter how much you clean the house..it is cleaned thoroughly each time a tenant leaves... as far as the spare chairs ..they are not broken.. the support bars were loose not broken ... the drip under the sink was just brought to our attention by the tenant prior and will be addressed... a plumber was called and the drip will be addressed.. the leak was just a drip, coming from a drain ... And a basket was put under the pipe to catch the drip.... I'm sorry these folks had a couple of issues, but for the most part, they expressed the place was great throughout are communications... I believe they thought they're coming to live in a brand new house on the lake for a couple of days.... look at all the other comments and responses you will find that people are very happy and rate this house with 4 to 5 stars... all the pictures shown are very accurate and current description of the house, especially stating the fourth bedroom for is small with two twin beds and no dishwasher is stated for amenities...
