„Stayed the night before my wedding, paid for a king suite with a sofa bed but received a single queen standard room and was told that there “wasn’t much of a rate difference” and was given no explanation as to why I didn’t get the correct room. (My friends that paid for standard rooms, checked in after I did, got rooms that were bigger than mine and that had a sofa bed.) after a fire alarm evacuation at 11 pm, which I understand is no fault of the hotel, there was water pouring from the bathroom ...

„Great stay“

„Convenient location. Spacious room. Very good breakfast.“

„Property“

„Alles prima “

„The property is being updated with new flooring, etc. However, I don't recommend Room 212. Smells from cooking, coffee, etc. come into the room. The shower plumbing access panel cover is laying on the floor, the bathroom outlet is broken off, the desk chair is broken, etc.“

„I didn,t like the smell in the room and the noises of the fridge, but the Staff worked good.“

„We visit Elkhart regularely because my husbands family lives in and around Elkhart. We used to stay at the Red Roof Inn. Since we stayed for eight nights this time we got a pretty good deal for the Candlewood and loved it! The suites are spacious and well equipped, the laundry facilities (free of charge) are a real benefit and the fitness equipment is in very good condition (unfortunately we didn't use it as much as wanted since we were busy with family issues).“

„Good night stay“

„Frühstück war sehr einfach ! Also 08/15 :) “

„Sehr netter Empfang, Einkauf und Essens Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.sehr ruhig “

„Staff“

„The only thing that was good was the check-in. But they “forgot” to inform us that the house keeping didn‘t exist or function. In four days none serviced our room, the hallways where dirty, floors, bathroom everything. When we needed something like toilet paper or clean towels we need to get it ourself…. A hick up is OK, but not for 4 days!“

„location was quiet but still close to commercial locations TV, mini fridge, and desk lamp were was plugged into outlet that only worked when the entry light switch was turned on, so we had to have that bright light on around the clock to use the mini fridge or watch TV TV remote only worked for power and volume, wouldn't change the channels We received a phone call every morning at 6:22am on the hotel phone in our room - we complained the first morning, we complained more strongly the second ...

„The property was very clean, staff were helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from, although we ate 30 minutes before breakfast service ended so the coffee was lukewarm and the oatmeal was watery. I would definitely stay here again, however. It is in a nice area with lots of dining and shopping options.“

„Gute Lage, mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe, Shoppingmals in der Nähe.“
