„The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. „Quiet area. Bring your own towel if you don’t like rough bath towels. It’s obvious this hotel was once a higher end hotel. It’s still well kept and very clean but lacks food service of any kind. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.“

„The staff were all very friendly with all our families. We were at the hotel during spring break for a stay invacation with cousins. Grandparents and 4 families. Very comfortable sleeping , grest pool area with games that our kids enjoyed. “

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“

„We did have a wonderful stay, and Stephanie was extremely helpful! We were disappointed that the pool was so cold. The other disappointment was the cleanliness of our room. There was garbage under our bed from the person before us, and hair all over the walls and tub. Also, the bathtub was backing up, so there was water standing while we were showering. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the two different types of pillows on the beds. We did enjoy the breakfast, patio area with fire pits, ...

„This is a brand new hotel. They have some starting minor problems and improving every day. We had a room with two beds and kitchen. Perfect for the four of us. Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be perfect and a hook at the door for a jacket. We used the grill a lot and you can get the supplies you need at the reception. The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“

„Initially, our room had an overwhelming room deodorizer smell. But upon entering a few hours later, the deodorizer smell was gone and a horrible musty smell hung in the air.“

„Very clean hotel, staff nice, only issues were the shower was luke warm and our room door handle was wonky...still they offered us another room but we made due with the hot tub which was hot in our room and slamming the door locked it. Would continue staying there for every GR concert we attend.“
