« I booked this hotel many weeks in advance for a concert and had confirmation emails. Upon arrival, front desk couldn’t locate my reservation, using all the information possible. I was then told that they had rooms available, almost $100 more per night than my booking, but that I had to wait until 4pm to try and secure one as a walk-in customer. I’m sure this is all hotel policy, but it was a little ridiculous as I had all the confirmation details and was on-site. While it would have “only”...

« Air conditioning sounded like an airplane taking off and the ceiling had weird like glue dots all over it. It looked almost as if someone had put the stars kids use in their bedrooms and the ceiling and took them down leaving about 30 round circles. Check in check out easy. Staff personable. »

« Air wasn’t working in first room. The night front desk worker was great and moved us. Then the next room we seen a few big black ants but was late and just needed to go to sleep. »

Personnel sympathique et serviable. Piscine et jacuzzi très agréables. Abords de la piscine mériterait un bon nettoyage. Petit dej typique des best western. Alentours de l'hôtel sans intérêts. Restos sympas à 6kms. »

« Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!! »

« Location is great. Easy to downtown and also John Ball Zoo. Staff, (shout out for Tina) but all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet but the bed was not comfortable. Starbucks was a short walk. »
