„I believe we ran into bad luck with this booking. The air conditioning was dripping water through the night. We woke up to a puddle of water in our bedroom. My leather bag was damaged, and it was a hassle to figure stuff out early morning. The host, while super responsive and apologetic, could not have helped us that early in the morning.
