Broom but no dustpan. Appliances old and very basic except for microwave. The place was very reasonable, but if you are looking for comfortable beds, furniture that didn’t come from thrift store I’d spend some extra money for a nicer place. « Great location to easy beach access. Only thing is if you are on a bottom floor you hear so much from the above neighbors all night. Like simply walking or moving things against the floors are so loud. »

« Nice fitness room, condo was quaint and small, the oder of the tap water was not the host fault, but its foul in the bathroom. Would not want to sleep more than two people in the space. »

« Clean, great communication, fun for the whole family, quiet, and great all around. A minor issue is that 2 sets of rooms share Jack-and-Jill bathrooms. So, either you are good at knocking, or you share the bathrooms. But this was a really awesome property. »
