Hotels nahe Gerald R. Ford Birthsite and Gardens (Omaha)

„Zimmer war in Ordnung. Nur die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Parken war sehr schwierig. Frühstück war nicht besonders, dafür sehr kompliziert. Lage des Hotels ist gut.“

„I love the unique hotel and its older and newer parts! The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent! The best hidden gem was the high-end steakhouse in the basement! Wow! Best filet and crab cakes ever! Well done!“

„Schöne große und saubere Zimmer, leider Zimmerreinigung „on request“ hat nicht funktioniert, trotz Nachfrage wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und kein Bett gemacht etc. Besonders zu empfehlen ist in der Stadt das Monument Pioneer Courage mit vielen Bronzestatuen zur Reise der Pioniere, das Museum in der alten Union Station und der Zoo.“

„They need more staff at the breakfast area. Not efficient at all. I woood rather stay in a buffet breakfast than pay extra and have a plate that takes too long to arrive and wait efen more to get silverware and cups do consume the breakfast that was already cold by the time all arrived.“

„The customer service both on arrival and when checking out left plenty to be desired. The area was under heavy construction, so finding the parking ramp for guests was a chore, and there seemed to be few spots available. That's not all the hotel's fault. Good, clean room and hotel, but won't be staying there again.“

„Unique Hotel right in the heart od Downtown Omaha. You can walk all the sites in Downtown like Old Market and all the Parks. The rooms are quite big for an historic Hotel.“

„Good area close to the Blackstone district with plenty of dining options and cute cafés. Clean and modern rooms, simple yet tasty breakfast buffet and free coffee and tea 24/7. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Only downside: Parking is 15 USD per day, even for hotel guests though.“

„everything fits great, but breakfast needs to benupdated“

„Friendly staff but rooms and hotel could be in better shape.“

„Hotel has a complimentary shuttle service which is very convenient and easy to use. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We loved this. Hotel rooms could use a renovation. Our room worked properly but we heard in the morning, that there was a whole floor without warm water. Location of the hotel is very good and you can easily walk around which we enjoyed.“

„The hotel and room were very good, clean and comfortable. Although fridge in the room was a bit small. The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee they offered in the lobby. It was so dark roasted and bitter, it was not drinkable. Unfortunately the coffee provided in the room was dark roast as well. “

„Very disappointed in this hotel. They informed me at check in there was a $200 deposit. That's fine. They did not tell me there was $150 pet deposit plus tax. I am fine with paying a pet deposit usually it's deducted from the deposit being held. This is ridiculous to charge tax too. I travel a lot, I will make note that Residence Inn by Marriott is a ripoff. I think one night a pet deposit should not be more than the room fee.“

„Francisco at front desk went above standard service. He was helpful, caring and offered solutions that wowed.“
