« These rooms are incredibly expensive, yet it’s disheartening to find that they’re not cleaned daily. Our room was left in a state of disarray, with trash piled up and towels that had been used. We had to personally request a towel change, but nothing else was done to address the cleanliness issues. We will never return to this hotel. Instead, we’ll stick to the Westin downtown. »

« The only thing positive to say about the hotel was the friendly staff. They need to tear down the hotel and start over. The hotel didn't smell fresh. In the room the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, toilet would not flush half the time, and the tub was terrible... could even take a shower because of the rust and dirt. « I 100% recommend this hotel because the area was suburban and most importantly safe. « Hôtel simple mais excellente prestation. Propre, accueillant, le personnel est ultra professionnel! Arrive à 1am la personne à l’accueil était devenue ma meilleure amie en 2 minutes. Tout le personnel est adorable. Je recommande vraiment car légèrement excentre de la ville donc bine plus calme. 15min du centre, 15min de Graceland. Top! »
