Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms each have a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The living room includes a sofa bed.

Time together
Prepare meals in the full kitchen, relax in the living area, or enjoy the upper and lower decks. The property offers direct river access and a private hot tub. Please follow the existing hot tub rules: children are not permitted in the tub, shower after using the river, keep glass away, and replace the float and cover after use.

Arrival and supplies
The access road is gravel. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided; guests on longer stays may need to restock. Because of the natural setting, occasional insects or wildlife may be present.

House policies
No pets; violations incur a $300 fee. No smoking indoors; violations incur a $500 fee. Returned items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping. Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.

Early Check-In
Please contact us on the day of your arrival to request an early check-in. Early check-in is subject to availability.

Late Check-Out
Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Please contact us the day before departure to request a late check-out. Late check-out is subject to availability and the following fees:
Up to 12:00 PM: $75 flat fee.
After 12:00 PM: Additional charges may apply, including the cost of an additional night.

Unapproved Late Check-Out:
Guests who remain at the property beyond the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges, up to the cost of an additional night.
