We booked this property for a special 5 day family reunion, paying a premium price six months in advance. A major reason we selected this listing was that it highlighted a heated pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not functioning during our entire stay (& it was cool in New England that week!), so neither feature could be used. Despite repeated requests each of the five days, there was not a professional pool service on call and the issue was never resolved.Given the cost, this was a major disappointment. The home itself was spacious and met our group’s needs, but the lack of advertised amenities and the way concerns were handled left us feeling let down. Thankfully we took videos before checkout showing we had complied with their checkout instructions, including stripping the beds for the cleaning crew scheduled to arrive just minutes later
