„It was good but upon arrival a dead roach was found in one of the bedrooms, a roach antenna coming from the top of the bathroom door downstairs , and the bathroom upstairs had a weird smell coming from the sink, underneath ALL the sinks were pretty dirty. There is no cleaning supplies, only a mop and a swiffer. But overall, was a good stay.“

„The house is great and is very well appointed. The hosts have made every effort to make it feel like home. The kids loved the playground in the yard and shared the trampoline with the neighbors. Great for entertaining with plenty of dishes and utensils and pots and pans. Even an air fryer!! The hosts were great and answering any questions quickly and helped one of the other families recover a Christmas present left behind. Would stay there again next New Years! “

„This was the perfect place for a couple nights with our family. There was ample space and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast and dinner (it's probably the best equipped kitchen of any place I rented). We had plenty of towels and everything else we needed, and the kids were very grateful for the snacks the host left. She was also great with communication. Highly recommend this place!“

„This is a lovely, roomy home, perfect for 6 people to stay. Quiet neighborhood, big open kitchen, dining room, living room. Beds comfy and a nice office space to work from home I used one day. Joseph couldn't have been nicer and more responsive when we needed a little more gas for the outside grill. We'll be back!“

The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had plenty of room for 6 adults to mingle while also having space. It was close enough to the main road for access to everything we needed, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend.“

„The house was very accommodating. We had 15 guest with kids from 3 to 14 and everyone was comfortable and relaxed even having to spend a snow day indoors. „We had a great stay here over Christmas - the house was perfect for what we needed - three families, close to attractions, comfortable, lots of communal space but also a space to step away so it didn't ever feel too crowded even though there were a lot of us. The kitchen was really well stocked - far better than most vacation rentals - so we could cook a large dinner quite easily. The host communicated clearly and was responsive to all contacts. It worked out perfectly. “

„We arrived to NewPort news around 2:30 and checked into the home on 245 Chapel St. @ 3pm. Once I got my mother and family members settled in my husband and I went to the other home 701 Smith St. without complications. My husband and I were not impressive about the neighborhood or the distance from the home on Chapel St., which they stated that the homes were walking distance; approximately 7 minute drive across the town. The home on Smith St. was nicely clean on the inside. We slept there ...
