« Lovely location. Peaceful and slept well. The logistics of the loo and hot tub was at opposite end of the property just not feasible when the rules clearly state you can not hang wet clothing and such in the tent. Ordered an extra expecting the local rose’ with chocolates for my partner to enjoy and got flowers (not even a ‘rose’ in the bunch) with chocolates. The communication was an issue prior to stay as hostess said she sent whatsapp messages but we didn’t get any until arrived and she...

« We really enjoyed our stay, The shepherds hut exceeded our expectations, well equipped, cosy and in a great private location overlooking the forest. The hut was so lovely and warm with central heating and a log burner, the bed was comfortable, and the fixtures and fittings looked brand new. Also the rainfall shower was a lovely surprise.
