The Space:
JBJK Homestead by Tiny Away is a peaceful tiny house nestled in the rural locality of Gobur—a charming countryside escape featuring a nearby creek, a utility shed with water and power, and a donkey paddock beside our cows and calves. Explore the creek, home to curious platypuses, or wander to the back paddock where kangaroos often gather to graze.
This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be farm animals and agricultural noise on the property during your stay. If you're interested in visiting our farm, you are always welcome to participate during feeding time.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to our cozy tiny home and nearby facilities, including the tennis courts, pool, and spa. Feel free to visit our garden and enjoy the greenery, or say hello to our friendly donkey, Charlie—he loves a brush and a carrot treat!

The Neighborhood:
JBJK Homestead by Tiny Away is located in a small farming area in Gobur, where you can explore and set off on adventures like the scenic Great Victorian Rail Trail. Take a short drive to Mansfield before continuing to Mount Buller for alpine activities.
For outdoor enthusiasts, don't miss Snobs Creek Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in the region, or explore Rubicon State Forest for camping, hiking, mountain biking, and fishing.
When it's time to eat, enjoy the local food scene with a meal at Yarck Hotel, homemade treats at Café Dindi, light brunches at the pet-friendly Giddy Goat Café, or quick bites from Bucks Country Bakehouse.
Getting Around:
By car:
- 10 mins to Yarck
- 20 mins drive to Alexandra
- 2 hr drive from Bendigo
- 7.5 hrs drive from Sydney
- 1 hr drive from Shepparton
- 2 hrs drive from Melbourne
By public transport: Bus form V-line Melbourne to Yarck. From there, we can arrange a pick up you, just call 24 hrs before arrival to make arrangements.

- Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Telstra and Optus have good mobile reception
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Outdoor fire pit is not available during a total fire ban
- Feeding farm animals is available upon prior arrangement
- Composting and recycling bins are provided to dispose of trash
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
