The property was very minimalist - clean and neat. Our initial access was a challenge because, although we had the keys, we were not able to access the details which unit we had based on the keys alone and our phones did not have any connectivity in the lobby. We called the number on the keys and that turned out to be someone who worked for the property manager two years ago. He was nice enough to send us the correct number and he also recalled the unit number. Please update the contact details on the keys themselves.Once in the unit, we had an issue with one of the blinds which was jammed. While the issue was successfully resolved, it was not until the following day. Please add a check of the blinds to be sure they function as part of the prep for each new client.These are minor challenges and overall we enjoyed the property - our feedback is intended to assist all in improving the experience for others in the future.
