The check in process and distance from the apartment was inconvenient, after waiting for a 3pm check in, we were then told a staff member was returning with our keys which meant we got the keys at 3:30 and it was a 15min drive to the property that time of day. The photos of the apartment online appeared much bigger than the actual size. The parking space allocated was so small and also had a storage box fixed to it which made it extremely difficult to park a large car. When raised with staff we were told nothing they could do.When additional towels were requested it took a day for Q Stay to respond. The pool was so cold it wasn’t able to be used which was an indication of why no one was ever at the pool. The apartment was extremely clean which was the only bonus.
