« This was a great stay for our family! The house was very clean and spacious! It had everything we needed for a week at SSI! The location made everything easy to get to. « We love the area! We’ve stayed in 4 different Coast Cottages a total of 6 times over the past 10 years. This house was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for 10 people. Our only complaints would be the WIFI was inadequate and the cable options were lacking . We couldn’t get the Braves game . Many remotes for the main tv but no directory to get to cable tv or network tv. There isn’t enough cabinet space to put food so maybe add a hutch instead of the piano. There were a lot of tiny gnats ,...

« What a great stay in St Simon’s Island! The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The location was PERFECT! We walked to the Village every day. I loved how close, but tucked away the home is. We went to nearby East Beach in 5 minutes. Beach chairs were an added plus. We would definitely stay here again! »

Everything clean & tidy. Comfy beds, good shower water-pressure, plenty of beach chairs, and a responsive host. Stairs are only access so don’t overload your suitcase! »

« We loved Peachtree Cottage! It was very clean with beautiful decor and a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee, tea, and spices! The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs to run in, and the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful for going on walks. We would love to stay here next time we visit St. Simons. »

« We rent 3-4 times a year and this is easily the cleanest, most well maintained home we've ever rented. There was no hint of the wear and tear you usually see and not a speck of dust. The landscaping is phenomenal and the care of the pool above and beyond. The home is well appointed yet so very comfortable. Everything you need is generously provided and the kitchenware is great quality. (Scratched nonstick cookware is a pet peeve) This home is a perfect 10/10. »
