« This place was not clean nor maintained. My grandkids feet were black from walking inside the house (right after their bath) as were others who walked around barefoot in the house. The bunk beds were not safe to sleep in; very unsteady. There was not a pull out sofa, just a sofa and no extra sheets or pillows. We had to go to Walmart and buy pillows. « We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Always a good time when family can be together. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us and our dog to spread out and enjoy the space. It was great that the backyard area was fenced in so the dog could roam around a little with no worries. Everyone really enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing, using the canoe, and playing pool on the first floor. My 87 year old father caught a huge fish from the bank. « We had a great time! The house and location were awesome! The house was spacious and open. Beautiful master bedroom and bath. We would definitely come back again. The kids loved playing in the garage. It was a bit too cool to enjoy the pool, so we were happy to have the hotub. Only negatives were no working icemakers, couches a bit stained and dirty. « We enjoyed this place, with its huge garden and access to river. House is very well equipped. We appreciated the kayaks and all the toys. There is indeed a factory in front of the house but we did not find it bothering. My only comment is that the level of the river was very low, but we can’t do anything about this. There is also a grocery store 5 minutes from the house and they have a huge selection of meat. I recommend this property to families with kids. »
