Reasons: It is one of the most expensive hotel we booked. The WiFi was not working in our room, only in the lobby and pub, asking the question to a staff, he told us that the WiFi was not working in many rooms far from the lobby! While this is an historical hotel which we like, it is not maintained well, some lights are broken in the corridor, our room...
