„Room was clean. Snacks were a nice touch. It was very cold in the room, though, and i didn't know if the installed AC unit was a heat source as well. Also, although I booked probably a month & a half in advance (through Expedia), I had the very last room on the second floor, which the attendant would not change for me, as "they were full", and this room was the "only one available on the property at that price". It WAS tiny, but adequate for sleeping in overnight, though the bed was a bit hard.“

„Fabulous B&B in a great location. Just the type of place we like to stay in when visiting Lancaster - which we do at least twice a year. We will definitely be back.“

„This cabin was over the top! Well appointed, comfortable and clean. We will be back“

„Service & Breakfast was excellent. Eric was very friendly & great to have conversation with.“

„We were welcomed by Luis, who was friendly and helpful and told us all about the property, the gardens, and the on-site Italian osteria. The gardens were beautiful and relaxing, our room was huge and so lovingly appointed (I wished we weren't only there one night!), the bar was amazings (cocktails delicious), and the osteria experience with Alessandro felt like we were back in Italy! I had the spaghetti and meatballs in Sunday gravy and hubby had the filet. YUM! Highly, highly recommend!“
