« Suite au message transmis à l’hôtel, la Direction a fait un geste pour compenser la chambre horrible que nous avions eue la 1ere nuit. La suite est nettement mieux, le personnel est parfait et à l’écoute. En revanche, cet hôtel est très loin d’être un 5*, je mettrai seulement 2*, et c’est déjà beaucoup par rapport au prix de la chambre. Le SPA est correct, mais vieillot »

« A shout-out to the hardworking and friendly staff, especially Alex and Sabana at the front desk, who are always smiling and happy to help in every way possible. It's a new facility, so they are still addressing some mechanical issues, but they are eager to improve and welcome feedback from guests. Great location close to the water with plenty of dining options and a convenient bus stop for exploring other parts of Gozo. I would definitely stay there again in the future. »
