The open-concept home has a fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a covered patio dining area, and a gas grill. The house has its own boat dock, and two boat ramps are nearby in Gaines Bend. The gated Gaines Bend community gives safe, private access to the marina and lake activities, with jet ski and boat rentals available close by.



The Space:

We have a beautiful space with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Washer & Dryer on premises. Everything has been updated and with an open floor design, there is plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities you could ever want or need. Outdoor dining table along with indoor and outdoor fireplaces - we try to keep wood stocked for our guests. Outdoor gas grill available (valve in outdoor cabinet). You will have everything you need to have the best time. There are 2 boat ramps for loading and unloading your boat in Gaines Bend. If you decide to bring your boat, you will be able to tie up to the boat dock at the house. Use of the boat in photos not permitted.
