- It is a very spacious apartment with high ceilings that enhance the sense of openness. It is distributed into a living room, kitchen, and one en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as three balconies overlooking San Antón street. The property features large, contemporary-style windows that provide abundant natural light and offer exceptional views.
Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious and elegant living room with an integrated kitchen, enhanced by an original 1890 hydraulic floor that has been carefully restored. The space stands out for its two large windows overlooking San Antón street, providing natural light and character.
The living area features a comfortable 140x190 sofa bed, an upholstered armchair, and a Smart TV. At the center, a walnut dining table for four with upholstered chairs and a designer lamp creates a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.
The fully equipped open-concept kitchen includes a walnut countertop and everything needed for a comfortable stay. At the back of the living room, there is an elegant workspace with a stylishly decorated desk.
To the right is the bedroom, featuring a modern open wardrobe and carefully curated décor, including white wallpaper with molding, a semicircular blue headboard matching the original hydraulic floor, and two pendant lamps in gold metal and glass. It offers a 150x200 double bed and a large window that brings in abundant natural light. The bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and glass screen.
Located on a quiet pedestrian street, the apartment allows guests to reach the city’s main attractions on foot. Granada Cathedral is just 500 meters away. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of shops, bars, and restaurants.
