Staff is very helpful and nice. The property seems recently renovated and offers a very comfortable ambiance of newness and cleanliness. The area is very nice and quiet residential area, very close to the local market, which offers unique eatery choices. I stayed in a private queen bed room, which is a great option for solo travelers who wish to have some privacy of certain areas, mos importantly, the bathroom areas. The toilette is enclosed in its small area, which is a little worn out, and I suggest provide maintenance as soon as possible. The image of the exterior area is not quite representative of the area itself.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the TOC Granada. I opted for the single room over the shared quad. What do I like? The property is neat and well ordered. The staff is friendly and efficient. The wi-fi works but the TV selections stink. The room is perhaps too efficient in that it lacks extra space to keep things I need close at hand. Also a luggage rack would be appreciated. Last the breakfast was satisfying.

As a solo female traveller -I felt safe and appreciated the attention to cleaning. The staff were knowledgeable, the facilities were inviting and they even kept my bags all day after checkout. I’d stay here again and recommend it to my friends. The only mini complaints I have is that they charge 2 euros for a small towel and the bathrooms need a ventilation fan!

Magnífico
Se sitúa muy cerca de la catedral, a tan solo un par de minutos. El personal es muy amable, dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites y con la sonrisa siempre presente en su rostro ☺️, hicimos el check in y el check out con el mismo chico, cierto es que por despiste nuestro no sabemos su nombre, pero él seguro que sabe quiénes somos. Habitación doble con baño privado en la que dispones de todo tipo de detalles que hacen que tu estancia sea "casi" perfecta y voy a explicarme: cuando pulsas la cisterna aunque sea dándole al botón pequeño que echa menos agua, salpica toda la taza del wáter, así que siempre que entres al baño tu u otra persona harás que el siguiente en sentarse se moje un poco a no ser que levantes la taza del wáter, no tiene importancia pero cuando te pasa varias veces... Hay una zona común donde puedes jugar al billar,leer, probar unos dulces de un convento mojas que hay allí en la barra...etc Felicidades por este lugar tan característico pero a la vez tan guay!! Y por supuesto el personal de 10!!

Práctico y cómodo
Bien en general, pero la recepcionista estuvo demasiado “estricta” y no fue flexible , incluso se molestó por decirle que nos debía facilitar la entrada diciéndonos que ella estaba haciendo su trabajo lo mejor posible y que teníamos que verlo. Al no poder cobrar 3 noches (2 habitaciones) con las tarjetas de crédito no nos dio la habitación hasta que tuvimos que pagarle todo en cash, creo que si el problema lo tiene el hotel deben dar facilidades y no dejar a toda la familia en recepción 45 minutos después de un viaje de 6 horas en coche por el mero hecho de que no funcione “su” datáfono. Además la reserva estaba garantizada con la tarjeta, por lo que con cualquier problema el hotel tiene derecho a cargar la habitación sobre la misma tarjeta de la reserva , para eso está garantizada la reserva con tarjeta , no es así?

Estimado Luis, Agradecemos su valoración y que nos hayan elegido como su alojamiento en la ciudad.Por otra parte, nos consta que la espera de los huéspedes en el lobby de recepción fue a causa de su aparcamiento. No obstante, la norma es estricta respecto al cobro de las habitaciones antes de la entrada a las mismas y, a efectos legales, retirar dinero de la tarjeta de crédito sin firma y/o autorización del cliente no es una buena opción para las entidades hoteleras. Sin otro particular, esperamos que disfrutaran de su estancia y poder ofrecerles de nuevo nuestros servicios.Reciba un cordial saludo.

Great Value in Granada
Though this property is a hostel, they have inexpensive private rooms every bit as nice as any other hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, roomy and very conveniently located to sights, restaurants, and transportation. It even had a great view! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was average but adequate, especially for the price.

Toc Hostel in Granada was absolutely amazing in every way. The rooms, downstairs common area and other facilities are really high quality. Location was also outstanding - right next to cathedral, in the centre of the city and with high quality food options nearby.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was my first hostel experience. It exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hostel if it’s your first time in Granada or first time staying at a hostel. The location is great and near the city center and lots of transportation options.

Great!
TOC is a great hostel. Nice staff. The bathroom in my room is like a 3 star hotel. Not many hostels provide 2 pillows, TOC provides two really comfortable pillows which help me a lot on working on notebook computer in bed. I would certainly stay again when I visit Granada again if they have vacancy.

Excelente ubicación, personal amable, limpio.
Ubicación excelente, estuve en un dormitorio compartido de 4 camas, camas cómodas, la habitación muy bien, estaba bien mantenida, buen espacio, buen wifi en todas las instalaciones. El hotel esta en una zona ideal para descubrir la ciudad, super céntrico. El desayuno es un poco básico, pero sirve si no quieres gastar tiempo en buscar otro lugar para desayunar y descubrir la ciudad. Pero si quieres un desayuno muy bueno, te recomiendo hacerlo en otro lugar.

Would highly highly recommend!
This hostel is brilliant, it's so luxurious, modern, chilled and clean. We went as a family and it was great. The location is near everything and there is paid parking very close. The beds are comfy, air conditioning useful, bathrooms stylish , pool table lots of fun!

Gut: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service und Zustand der Unterkunft
Le : bon accueil, avec le sourire. L'établissement est situé dans la vieille ville, à proximité de la cathédrale, donnant sur une rue commerçante mais calme le soir. Des lockers assez grands pour contenir une valise. Une couette extra large et un coussin en plus de l'oreiller. Grande douche dans la chambre avec wc et lavabo séparés. Un espace co-working. Le - : le manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine : verres (pas facile d'accès quand on ne fait pas 1,80m), fourchettes, casseroles (un peu stupide de faire cuire un oeuf dur dans un gros faitout !!) et le manque de serviettes ou de quoi se sécher les mains après un passage aux wc (près de l'espace co-working). Dommage que le bon d'accueil à 1 euro pour la bière/tapas ne soit accessible qu'à 20h et non 16h comme indiqué sur le bon (cuisine fermée). Bon séjour, je reviendrai.
