Our second stay, and it was absolutely wonderful again! This house fits our family of 6 adults and 4 kids perfectly, even gives the young teenager a place of her own! We enjoyed playing pickleball, ping pong, pool, cornhole, fishing (and catching!), playing games inside and just relaxing! It’s in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and there’s not a thing we needed that wasn’t there already. Kevin and Terrie are great hosts! Go enjoy this gem!

Had a small family reunion here and it was perfect. Amazing place to stay! Lots of room and activities to enjoy. Had a canal right in the backyard that was great for fishing. The owners were available and attentive to our questions and all the needs we had for our little getaway. Highly recommend!

This property was the perfect place for our family gathering. We had 10 adults and an infant. The home was beautifully decorated complete with all the extras! The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough seating for everyone. You can walk in this home and have everything you need for an extended stay. I have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this was by far the best. The host took great care in insuring that we had everything we needed for cooking and comfort. It was a very peaceful space with plenty of activities inside and out to keep us busy including pickle ball, ping pong, cornhole, games, pool, puzzles etc. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond. I highly recommend this home as a great place to stay. We will definitely rent tgis place again!

Our group was warmly greeted with lights on and music when we checked in. The house has an open floor plan that is perfect for gathering with friends or family. We spent many hours enjoying the large covered patio on the back of the house. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are stocked with towels, and the home is tastefully appointed. Our group is planning a return visit. The owners, Kevin and Teri, were lovely to work with!

We had back to back celebrations this weekend (1 graduation and 1 birthday/baby reveal) and this place was perfect! There is plenty of parking (just don’t leave ruts, that’s rude!) and activities for the party guests. Those that stayed the night all slept comfortably. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and I love how all the light switches are labeled! Kevin was super responsive to texts as well. This was perfect for our big weekend!

Our girls weekend getaway at the Cozy Cove was great! We were far enough away from the busyness but close enough to the square to shop! The pickle ball court was a bit under construction but we were still able to play on it! When we had a hot water issue it was promptly attended to!

Property and hosts were amazing! They knew we were having a family of 10 for Thanksgiving vacation. There wasn’t a thing we needed preparing our meal. Kitchen had all the dishes, pots, pans, mixer, crock pot, etc! We played pickle ball, pool, ping pong, chess, dominoes, and many more! Light switches were labeled, home was very well organized, and we had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend!

It met all our needs perfectly. The house is fully stocked with all bedding, bathroom, kitchen and coffee supplies you would need. Even some snacks in the kitchen. A few throw blankets in the living room too for cozying up to watch a very large TV. We were all 50 years plus and we were all very pleased with this house. If you have kids, plenty of games are inside and outside of the house.

We loved our stay. When we arrived all the lights were on and it was very inviting. They had everything put out for us including coins for the pool table. There where snacks and the outdoor area was wonderful! We really enjoyed the pickleball court and the kayak. It was super clean and great for large groups. Would stay there again.

Property is so cute and has lots of cool amenities, including a pickleball court, ping pong and pool tables, not to mention the lake and boat ramp steps away. Hosts are fabulous, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

We had a low key bachelor party weekend. We all had a wonderful time. There were so many activities todo at the house that we ended up staying the whole weekend, not even going into town. The house was clean and very accommodating.

We stayed for two nights with our family for the eclipse. At every point, we were amazed by this lovely home. It is better in person, even than in pictures. The host was always quick to respond to messages and even went out of their way to bring life jackets for our kids for the row boat. My 9 year old son was in heaven. We used the corn hole and pickelball net almost constantly. My daughters especially loved the piano. Overall, it could not have been better.

We enjoyed a fun and relaxing Easter weekend and our three teenage boys can’t wait to rent this house again! The hosts have been thoughtful in providing all the amenities for cooking big meals, plenty of towels for a long weekend, and comfortable beds/bedding. They also had activities for everyone in our group of 7: puzzles, games, a pool table, ping pong, pickle ball, corn hole, fishing, and kayaks.
