Location very convenient to the western entrance of RMNP and to Grand Lake. Having bedrooms and baths on two separate floors was very convenient for our three-generation family stay.

Propane for grill was empty, had to call for new bottle, screen door going out to the back deck was missing handle. Looked like a new door so probably waiting on it to arrive. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Family and pet friendly cabin on quiet cul-de-sac

This was our second time at Peak View in the Columbine Lake community. It has plenty of space and sleeping accommodations for a family trip to Grand Lake with multiple generations/age groups. Everything you need, and nestled in a quiet outer cul-de-sac of Columbine makes it the perfect place whether you want to sit with a cup of coffee on the deck or have quick access to a more adventurous outing.

Grand Lake weekend stay

My family and I enjoyed a nice stay in our VRBO in Grand Lake. The location was very convenient to town, very quiet and comfortable! We did discover when making coffee our first morning that the glass coffee pot had a crack in the bottom and leaked water. We were pleased to see that a keurig was also available!

The owners we great with communication. They checked to make sure we made it ok and any troubles we had, they responded in a timely manner. They leave a clear list of things to follow when you leave, as long as you do so, there are no problems. Thanks for the wonderful stay, we will be back...

Grand Lake

House was clean and very large if you had many people to stay, it was just us two and our French Bulldog who goes everywhere with us! Grand Lake is a very friendly Dog Town! Only thing we were in search of in the house that would be nice is some tissues, and softer pillows. But the bed upstairs was very comfortable a second side table a light would have been nice but I had a head lamp for reading. Thank you!!

We planned for a weekend and due to the pass closing and being closed in we ended up here for 5 days. It was so easy to text the management of the condo and they graciously let us stay longer. We loved the big open floor plan and games on stock. The cabin is clean and has plenty of room. We felt at home during our stay and would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visited Grand Lake for Thanksgiving with family from out of state. The location is perfect ~ easy access to the town. The home has lots of room and a big kitchen ~ I wouldn't call the kitchen 'well stocked' and we washed everything before using it. 3 of the bedrooms are on the lower floor - to consider if you have older folks along like we did. Overall the house was nice, felt pretty clean and was in a great location.

I've never been a rental that didn't supply plentiful paper towels and TP!

We appreciated it being pet friendly. It was very roomy and comfortable. Only a couple of improvements would make this a perfect property. The mattress in the main floor bedroom was uncomfortable (tilted to the middle)and the pots and pans in the kitchen are in need of replacement. Otherwise we will definitely return to this property.

Grand Lake Getaway

We stayed here for 6 days for a family reunion. Peggy was a great host and the house worked well for our group of 9. Very convenient to RMNP and the town of Grand Lake. The kitchen was very well stocked with every device imaginable--instant pot, griddle, electric frypan, etc. The guitar was a nice bonus as my husband plays and even started to teach my daughter during the week. (He did say it needs new strings though.) A couple suggestions: put a house number or something out by the street. We arrived at night, and since the area is so dark, it was hard to find the right house, even with the directions of the 3rd house in. Beach towels would be a nice addition, so we didn't have to take the shower towels to the lake or on the boat. Ceiling fan in the living room was temperamental--sometimes it would go faster and sometimes it wouldn't. Overall, we had a great stay!

Fantastic Stay in Grand Lake!

We had a great time at this cabin near Grand Lake! We spent our time looking at the beautiful view and enjoying the birds out on the deck. Close to town, yet secluded enough for a quiet family weekend. We even caught the 4th of July fireworks show from the deck!
