Hôtel près de Grand Majestic Theater, Pigeon Forge, Pigeon Forge

« Quick check-in, comfortable room, great water pressure and hot water in the super clean shower! Loved the pool area with splash pad for the littles and giant hot tub for the adults! Plenty of pool towels! Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices! Nice fireplace with seating in the lobby and fantastic market to purchase snacks and beverages. Lots of areas for families and groups to play games and hang out together. Super close and convenient to Everything in the Pigeon Forge area! »

« Tout l'ensemble de l'hôtel était très correct »

« Accueil très agréable, dommage que l’odeur présente dans la chambre nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de celle-ci »

« Absolutely loved our stay at Club Mill Lodge! It has tons of space and the most beautiful pool. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a restaurant but you are so close to town. »

« Room (accessible) was nice and roomy. Floor was dirty, with food crumbs, napkins, and someone's lost charger. Nice having a kitchenette. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Ample parking and close to shopping, amusements, etc. Rate was fair. Staff fairly nonexistent, and generally didn't acknowledge you unless checking in/out or asking a question. Didn't use pool(outdoor) due to time of year. »

« Purchased an upgraded room. The room we were given was 2 queen beds. On the 2nd floor. When I went to the host desk. They explained all they had was the overflow. Which was at the end of the hotel with no view. What it appeared to be the problem was they did not like a 2nd party booking. The hotel was not half full. But from the attitude we experienced was they don’t like booking through another travel agency. Just beware. No refunds were offered and they explained we would need to contact...

« We had a great time, the staff and the place was outstanding. »
