Secluded
We really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t get WiFi to work as advertised but didn’t really matter we had TMobile 5G service and really didn’t require it. Nice and relaxing weekend in the country.

Girls getaway/celebration of life
It was great! We loved the location! Peaceful and private. No issues with the property. We loved the river view, saw some eagles and the weather and the pool were perfect! 3 days wasn't long enough!

Vaca better than therapy
Google maps took us right to the house. We settled right in. The house was great. After unloading it was to the hot tub. Fabulous after getting the jets going. We spent every day in the huge pool. In the evening it was cooking great meals on the grill & lots of corn hole. The house is very secluded and quiet. We enjoyed watching the eagles & barges. Basically we spent the whole week on the large back porch. The house is big enough for a family. The four of us were more than comfortable. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who likes the quiet country. There are things to do in town, which is a short drive.

Amazing getaway
Very beautiful. The pictures do no justice. It was an incredible location and beautiful scenery. It rained a lot while there unfortunately but it was still an amazing time. Host was very responsive and puts a lot of thought into her guest and what they might enjoy. You will not be disappointed.

A wonderful stay!
We stayed here with our family of 4, my sister's family of 5, plus my parents - it felt spacious enough so that we weren't cramped, even with all of us out in the living areas at once. Everything was clean and some very thoughtful extras made our stay even better - a high chair, kitchen items (not just essentials), the size of the deck and porch, and even eagle sightings on the river! This home is even better than the pictures! We are planning to come again next year.

Summer stay
This property was very private and immaculate. Communication was good, slight hiccup with key location, but easily remedied. Although the property is on the river, it is atop a bluff and you can't actually fish or dock a boat there. Nothing in the explanations said you could, but I guess I had that impression. I neglected to specifically ask as well. Even with that, it was about 10 minutes or so into Grand Rivers where we were able to put the boat in (for free, no stickers to buy, ramp fees, etc.), and truly I enjoyed how secluded and private the property was. Would recommend.

Great location
Loved the location. Very quiet with no surrounding houses, just wide open spaces and the river. Very clean with lots of activities including swimming in the pool, hot tub, and board games. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay!! Had a minor issue with the air going out for a short period but communication was great with the property manager the entire time and everything was addressed as soon as possible!! Property was beautiful and house was so spacious!

Beautiful property with some great views. Huge screened in porch that we loved (bring your cornhole boards) and the view from the deck watching the barges go by was awesome. Definitely was above and beyond my expectations

Nice but needs some attention.
Very nice secluded place. It needs a little extra attention. Doors on the sunroom need to be fixed. The chairs in the sunroom were broke and only one out of 4 were able to be sat in. The hot tub had straight chlorine that faded our suits. Just little things that need attention.

Peace and quiet
Upon arrival, I was very delighted with all the wildlife we saw,; baby rabbits, deer and a momma Turkey with 5 babies. The farmhouse was just lovely and all of the amenities were amazing. Very clean and well took care of. The girls loved the pool. Then we enjoyed some peace and quiet just relaxing. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

We had a great time spending the week at The Farm with our adult children and granddaughter. We enjoyed the pool and just relaxing on the deck. Other than a couple of days spent golfing, we were content at the farm. The place was very clean and well stocked. We hope to return someday.

Three Generations Family Vacation
It was Awesome!!! The house was soooo big and roomy. It had a tv in every bedroom. Kitchen had dishes pot/pans everything we needed. House was super clean. Yard was well kept. We loved the screen deck patio. Screened porch was just feet from the pool which was really nice. Us older folks could watch the kids without being in the sun. Very happy that the deck of the pool had a gate the toddler wasn't able to open. The pool was much bigger then we expected. Plenty of rooms for all our floats. Will consider coming back again next year. Saw deer, eagles, rabbits in yard, skunk was way over at tree line and we were ok at seeing him from a distance. Thank you for our family vacation and letting us bring our fur babies.

Awesome farmhouse experience
Loved the farmhouse experience. Awesome location with all the farmhouse feels. Far enough in the country to be country yet close enough to all the attractions in the area. Loved the humming birds (amazing), eagles, and deer. The pool and hot tub are the cherry on top.

My husband, daughter and dog Charlie loved our stay here. It's was clean, very quiet and peaceful which is what we were looking for. We chose this property for the seclusion and that it was pet friendly. We loved watching the Bald eagles come by the house every night. Would definitely stay again.

Girl's Weekend Getaway
This place was a blessing to us. Out in the country, deer in the fields, the river behind us, quiet, plenty of room, comfy beds and just a few minutes drive from civilization. The perfect getaway
This is the ultimate in peaceful getaways. If you're from the city like us, the total peace and quiet at night can be a little disarming at first, but you'll quickly learn to love it. As for the house, it's fantastic. It's the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring Land Between the Lakes. Sit in the hot tub and watch the boats go by.

Great place to reconnect
This is a great property for those looking to just get away. There is plenty of room to let the kids be wild but it was still close to anything you could want. Hannah responded quickly, like within 2 minutes quickly, whenever we reached out. The pool was better than expected, although it could benefit from an upgraded ladder or stairs to help the grandparents get in and out. The house itself provided plenty of space in the bedrooms and with the 2 living rooms. Overall it was an extremely relaxing and very fun weekend.

The wasp were terrible, my 3 year old and husband got stung our first day. It was so far from everything and nothing to do but eat and try to swim and fight off the wasp.

Can’t please everyone. Never had a bad review. With it being a farm we can’t help nature sometimes. Brought wasp spray as soon as you called and wasp spray was already down there. It’s called the farm getaway for a reason but also 10 miles from everything. It’s a small town, a Google search would show that. Friendliness goes a long way but sometimes people just don’t have that.

7 of us ages 25 to 57 spent 3 days on our annual trip. We loved how quiet and peaceful the property is. I have never been to a VRBO with such a well stocked kitchen, they even had a crockpot! We had a small problem with the pool and someone was out that afternoon with a temporary fix. We were all happy with our stay.

Our experience staying at Hannah’s place was absolutely terrific . The house was just what a Family of 7 of Us needed. We so enjoyed the pool, corn hole game and the peaceful landscape. The home was very clean . There wasn’t one thing that was missing from making this stay terrific . We will certainly be back next year . Hannah was very responsive to msgs . We had so much fun the pools was huge! Hot tub a screened porch plenty of room for the kiddos to run around and be as loud as they can because there is no one around to bother!!the rooms were clean and plenty of space! They had bean bags boards and some board games plenty to do and we were not to far from land between the lakes area the Kentucky dam marina and the grand rivers village! We hope to be back so much more for us to do!!
