« It was the first strange experience we had with Marriot, we made the reservation the day before, and we went to the hotel at 5 pm much after check in time and we were told the hotel room was not ready. There was a large group of adults probably professionals checked in right before us. They probably got all the ready rooms. After waiting for 45 mins, we left to our event we came for without checking in. We returned at 11 pm and got the only left room left in the hotel that was road side, even...
