« Place was really nice and cozy. The neighborhood was not well lit but didn’t have any problems. I had my 2024 Jeep Wrangler parked down the street and had to walk to the house. We stayed for the Fourth of July so there was some fireworks going off. Neighbors were nice to give the greeting of the day and night. »

« This was our second stay. It is the mid point for my children and grandchild to have time together. The kitchen is well stocked, games for the grandkids and enough space for everybody to spread out. We enjoyed sunsets on the back steps and morning coffee on the front porch. Can't wait to come back again next year »

« Our stay was great! Plenty of room for our family of 5 & the location was perfect! We were able to utilize the pool on our first evening there, unfortunately the weather was rainy & chilly the rest of our stay.. but the pool was clear & clean. The house was stocked with everything we needed & very clean! We came over from southern Ohio for the Chester Co Balloon Festival and we wanted a place that was not in all the hustle & bustle.. this place was perfect! I would recommend it to anyone! »

« I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

« We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...
