« Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...

« This property was a great find. Lovely bungalow with amazing views. Two great sized bedrooms and additional sofa beds. Lovely balcony where we enjoyed having breakfast and even dinner on one evening overlooking the sea. The property is in a great location and short (10min) walk to the shopping areas, eateries, promenade and the ornamental gardens are all easily accessible. Holker Hall is also just a 10min drive. Disappointed
"The hotel is beautiful from the outside and located in such a picturesque area but the room we got was a disappointment. Located on the first floor and tucked in a corner, it did not match the pictures on the site and looked rather old (except for the bathroom), with an uncomfortably slumping mattress. The view was on some sort of roof/installation that nearly blocked all light. I will add that other rooms, which I saw the next morning while housekeeping was cleaning, looked much better. I'm assuming we were unlucky due to the last minute booking but would have appreciated being warned or offered the option to upgrade (would have been fine to pay for this). "
