Hotel Grass Flat

« Hotel impeccable, chambres propres et personnel accueillant. »

« I have only stayed the four times and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Horsham. They have put me in early when I need to be in. They have put me downstairs when they I didn’t realise that we had to say upstairs or downstairs. I take my hat off to the cleaners they are excellent and the whole place is so clean. The waitresses are so polite and everyone talks to everyone. Excellent for everything even at the reception. »

Internet gratuit. »

« This accommodation was perfect for our overnight stay on our return to Melbourne. It was beautifully presented and very clean. »

« Central location, clean room, friendly & helpful staff. Fluffy towels, toiletries provided. »

« Its ok, but a bit overpriced. »

« The accommodation was basic but comfortable. No kettle or facilities in the room. The shared kitchen had no cutlery or crockery. The shared bathroom facilities were all separate and old school but functional. The meals were good and the staff were helpful. A cheap night for a passing traveler. »

« outside appearance outdated and old, but inside clean tidy and fresh. Mattress could be better. »

« No outside lights There were 3 bars of used soap left in shower »
