« Boomfish Cottage is a cozy place with everything you could need . It was clean , comfy and serene . It provided the perfect calm for us during a weekend long family wedding at nearby Caswell Flower Farm . It was also easy access for an older person ( me) as well as small children and my little ShihTzu rescue dogs . My granddaughters came by and loved catching minnows in the still warm lake. « Superbe accueil des propriétaires. Endroit calme avec vue sur l'eau. Hélas pas d'accés au bord de l'eau alors qu'elle se trouve à une 50aines de mètres. Le lit n'est pas du tout confortable et nous a causé beaucoup de maux de dos. L'eau vient d'un puis artésien impropre à la consommation. Le priopriétaire a fourni de l'eau en bouteilles. Cottage pas mal humide et odeur de moisissure omniprésente. Depuis que nous louons, comparativement à toutes nos autres locations, celle-ci ne vaut le prix...

« Incredible property! So close to the action while being far enough. So get can easily walk to the beach while being far enough that you don’t get the night crowd at your doorstep. The property is well maintained and the owner are present on site to help with any issues. The rental unit was well equipped and we had no problem sleeping comfortably during our stay, 2 adults and 2 kids. The pool is a nice extra as you can cool down from the day at the beach. « The cottage was at a few minutes walk from the beach. It was clean and tidy with a vintage touch. We rented to work from the beach and the WIFI was good ans reliable to have Zoom ans Teams meetings. Also, it was pet friendly so we took our dog with us. »

« There were a couple of items broken when we arrived. Shakey kitchen chairs and a towel bar in the bathroom. The parking was less than ideal. We were told to park next to the porch and not in the driveway, but there was always a car parked on the street in front of that area. So there was no way to pull into it. The place was clean when we arrived and we left it clean. »
