We loved the personalized welcome and having freshly baked pastries each morning was delightful. Susan's quest for finding fresh fruit paid off because she served some of the best tasting fruit ever! « We are a small family of 3. This is a cute home base while exploring the area. It is off a main road down a 2 mile bumpy dirt road. A small SUV or bigger is best! Upon arrival the cabin was clean in all areas except the main level bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms - one in a basement and one in a loft. The basement stayed cool but the loft is hot - even on cool days. We ended up buying a box fan just to have some cool air, as no fans are provided except felling fans. « The pictures of the property are accurate- it’s designed very well. The beds were very comfortable and it was enough space for everyone to gather, but still have their own space.(family of 4: 15 year old girl and 21 year old son) Only drawback was the grill that we struggled with and then when the handyman came out- found out it was broken.
