« It was a great experience overall! As the other review and site description states the owner of the house who is really nice lives in the basement and has seperate entrance something to keep in mind. This was not an issue for us.The lack of air conditioning is very noticeable in these hotter months. « Rooms looked and smelled clean. Sheets and towels were bright white and smelled freshly laundered. Property managers were cordial, easy to get ahold of, and accommodating. There is a small fire pit near the rooms, and there are grilling options available if you want to go that route. It is right on the outside of Hill City and an easy drive to Rapid City, Custer, and Keystone. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! »

« This property is centrally located to everything that you would want to do while visiting in the Denver area. The home was secure, clean, and located in a quite neighborhood. It has a wonderful fenced in backyard with a lovely patio in which to sit in the evenings. We loved the spacies living areas that were comfortable and inviting. The owner was in contact quickly if we needed anything and that was a huge plus. We couldn't have asked for anything more!!! »
