« The property itself was very nice and had a nice breakfast. It is not walkable however like reviews say. That is misleading. There is a hill to walk up to get to the property and then a very steep driveway to the actual rooms. We were told by a couple taxi's they can't drive up it. We had to lug our luggage up this because reviews said it's "walkable". »

« Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. »

« What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027! »

« My STRONG advice is to pay extra for a superior room. I stayed the economy double and it was not nice. Do not stay in 113, we had roaches in our room. I also stayed in 43 (I think) no roaches. I will upload a picture of our view from 113. Looked at a wall with peeling paint. Pros of hotel: - Upper level rooms look nice (Superior rooms) - Included Breakfast is cooked to order, nice and fast! - Staff is nice - Close to town.
