« Stayed for two nights, The Hotel and room was kept spotlessly clean, the hotel staff were all very friendly, we was made to feel very welcome and everyone working was very accommodating. Lovely large sea view room with en suite, excellent views, hot drink facilities, toiletries t.v and hairdryer.
Breakfast was cooked fresh, very tasty and great menu with plenty of choice, served by polite staff catering to specific needs.
Location of the hotel was fab, in a quiet area need the waterways with...

« The room was newly refurbished, good standard, bright, modern, all the basics, plenty of power points with built in usb ports.
The staff were helpful, friendly and tried hard. They were let down by outside contractor not fitting a new boiler properly so it took time before the hot water was fixed.
Letsface it , Yarmouth has a lot of old crumbly hotels that need a lot of work.
While overall the Hotel looks dated they are doing up the rooms.
It is a bit hit and miss but you're not paying much so...

« The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is greatâjust a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate.
Itâs unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...
