We are surprised to read your comments and that you found our check in lengthy. Our Contactless Check-In procedure is align with the protocols to defeat COVID-19 and to assure the safety and well-being of our guests and our staff, respectively. Your original reservation of the Family villa that is perfectly secluded of all the other accommodations was ready on arrival and we showed both suites available upon arrival and you preferred the upgrade of the Executive suite with a private plunge pool. Concerning privacy, I would like to mention that it may be slightly compromised due to the unique landscape and the marvelous sunset but still, we never advertise our property as offering full privacy to our guests. Sunbeds were not provided at that time to this suite and thank you for your constructive comment now they are available. The comfort and satisfaction of our guests is our number one priority, I assure you that your comments have been well noted. You also requested to stay one more night to this high-end suite with a nightly budget less then 75% of the cost of the suite but unfortunately this could not happen. We are sorry that our customer service did not meet your expectations even though the feedback we have received so far for the friendliness and efficiency of our staff has been overwhelmingly positive.
