Just loved it here! Quiet and peaceful with gorgeous surroundings. Rooms were done to a nice standard, great rainfall shower. A small balcony overlooking the pool & beautiful mountains in the distance. The pool itself was a beautiful design, very chic stone, it felt premium. The food was great, varied, really delicious salads. But all of this is secondary to the absolute first class customer service we received from the owner herself. Nothing was too much trouble, booked cabs, printed docs for us, we felt like we were genuinely being looked after. When the weather turned my friend and I took advantage of the cheap flights and hot footed it over to Cyprus to get some more sun for 4 days. We kept our room there as we had already paid for it and when we returned back to catch our connecting flight leaving the next morning, it felt like returning home. We were greeted at 1am by the owner even though she didn’t even live on site! She had also tried to get us a refund through Expedia for the days we hadn’t used, which was unbeknownst by us and we wouldn’t have expected it anyway as we left half our belongings in the room so it couldn’t be used while we were away. She didn’t manage to process a refund so instead she wiped our tab as a good will gesture, all the drinks and lunches we had in the days previous! Such good experiences like this don’t happen often, I wouldn’t hesitate coming back here again, 10/10. I’ll be coming back as soon as the sun does!
