  • Step back in time to an era of luxury and simplicity with the 1961 House. This 1546 sq. ft. midcentury modern house has it all with a basement rec room and bar, the sunniest sunroom with games and comfortable furniture, and 3 Queen bedrooms. We’re one of only a few rentals who allow pets and the yard is fully fenced so they can enjoy being outside without your worrying.

    Near Lambeau Field, close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, gas stations and the highway. Great place for football fans, families, reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and couples.

My family & I came to the 1961 house and were thrilled with so many things! My parents have a dog and she loved the spacious back yard. The inside was clean and had ample room for all of us! We loved everything about this place & will definitely be back as we have other family here.

This was a great place to stay! Great communication with the host! Clean and comfortable for sure. VERY quiet area....no car, bus or train noise that we loved. It brought me back to some great memories growing up in the 60's. I am grateful for the opportunity for my wife, son and myself to have stayed there.

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows! The yard and location was very great for my kiddos. They also loved that there were tvs in every room. Well decorated and clean.

A great space for families and dogs! The beds were super comfy, great amenities and we greatly appreciated the fenced it yard! Bonus was it was next to a park for our little guy to play and dogs to run. Quiet neighborhood and very convenient to get around town!

We enjoyed staying at 1961 House. It is a unique home and from the era I grew up in while a kid in GB. Nice deck and good parking. User friendly in all respects. Great shower and bathroom. The property is close to family and that was a huge bonus. Bedrooms were comfortable and all essentials provided for. Off street parking provided. Essential in GB.

This place felt like home! The decor for the 1961 house was very cool. My wife and I loved the comfortable bed and pillows. Our furry family member loved the fenced in yard! Very well stocked place and great location! We would definitely recommend and stay here again if in the area! Nikki-the host-was very responsive and kind!

The property was very easy to access. I was there for the Packers owners' meeting and this was very close. The house is very unique, filled with distictive mid-century furnishings...very fun. We enjoyed the sunroom, just off the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Lovely neighborhood filled with families; walking the dog, bike riding and basically enjoying summer life.

Volleyball tournament stay

We had a tournament in town and instead of staying at a hotel found this lovely place. Always great to find a nice home to stay at to get a great night sleep (beds were so comfortable) and just spread out to relax.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We always try to find unique and charming places for our VRBO vacations, and this house did not disappoint! Was absolutely charming, extremely clean, and in the perfect location to get to the Reusch as well as day trip up to Door County to explore. Would recommend and stay again on future adventures!

The house was a perfect size and location for my family and i going to a pre-season Packers game. We had a blast using the basement bar the first night and a bonfire in the backyard after the game.

We absolutely loved the 1961 house! It was perfect for our weekend away with our huskies! The fenced in yard is long so they had space to run too! The beds were comfy, the house was clean and we just loved the decor. Nikki was really responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Step back in time

I have kids ranging from toddler to teenager and the 1961 house was a great place for us to stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to prepare a meal and eat, a ton of games, and a great screened porch. Plus the decor is a really cool. We had a great time.

My family and I loved our trip to Green Bay and our stay at the 1961 home. We were within walking distance to the stadium which was great! We saved on parking and the location was so convenient. My son enjoyed his runs in the neighborhood. Overall, we loved our stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming and fun home! Nikki was very quick to respond to my messages. The property was exceptionally clean. It is easily the most fully stocked rental we have ever stayed at. We especially loved spending time in the sunroom. All the bedrooms were good sized and the beds were comfortable. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a convenient half-bath in the finished basement. Located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a good night's sleep. The house is also just a very short drive to Lambeau Field. We grilled steaks for our Memorial day picnic. I really appreciated the umbrella with a base we found in the garage. The proximity to Walmart, Aldi, and other grocery stores is incredibly convenient.We highly recommend the 1961 house for your stay!
