Propre, charmant, confortable - LOUER pour le week-end d'automne

Vous allez adorer ce chalet magnifiquement aménagé et profiter de votre expérience de Green Lake. Pendant la saison estivale, il est loué un minimum de 4 nuits. Le chalet a deux chambres et une salle de bains au premier niveau avec deux chambres et une salle de bains au niveau inférieur. Une cuisine ensoleillée avec bar et salle à manger ainsi qu'un coin salon avec cheminée et télévision à écran plat. Le premier étage comprend également un charmant salon (avec un canapé-lit) pour les casse-tête, la lecture et / ou regarder un autre téléviseur à écran plat. Un porche avec de grandes fenêtres offre une vue magnifique sur le lac. En dehors de la cuisine est un autre porche parfait pour le café du matin ou un délicieux repas en regardant le coucher du soleil. Derrière la maison se trouve une terrasse pour bronzer, lire ou faire la sieste. Jolie cour et grands voisins. Espace pour fers à cheval, croquet ou autres jeux de pelouse. Il y a un foyer pour le plaisir lorsque le temps se rafraîchit. Situé au 448 South Street, il se trouve à environ 1,5 pâté de maisons de la marina où vous pouvez louer / amarrer des véhicules nautiques. Hattie Sherwood Beach est une promenade facile à partir du chalet.

Une ville charmante sur un grand lac de 7 km sur 2,5 km, Green Lake a beaucoup à offrir - pêche, golf, vélo, randonnée, canotage, shopping, concerts du mercredi, le centre-ville de Thrasher Opera House propose des concerts, le marché du vendredi , antiquités, arts de la scène, centre communautaire fabuleux avec centre de conditionnement physique, arts plastiques, pêche sur glace, motoneige, patinage sur glace, luge, etc. S'il vous plaît examiner les événements amusants et les activités qui se produisent toute l'année. Vous pouvez également louer des bateaux et des vélos pour plus d'exploration et d'excitation.

It is a wonderful property! The house is adorable and has everything that you will need. There are views of the water, a screened in porch and 2 decks. We roasted marshmellows and the kids played outside. We walked downtown to the Art Fair, which is only minutes away. We have stayed there 3 times and will come again!

The property was beyond belief....this was by far the best maintained property we have ever stayed at. And we have stayed at many from AZ to Northwoods of WI and this a must-book gem. The deck looks brand new, windows, screens, appliances all taken care of by the owners which I believe leads to guests making the same effort (I broke a glass drinking tumbler and after my son couldn't find one on line to replace it we simply informed the hosts and received a simple but heartfelt "thanks" for letting us know. It's what makes this home like you want to treat it like it's your own. Beautiful accommodations and plenty of room for many more (we were a family of 6 adults a 3-year old) and there were still ample sleeping accommodations for even more. Loved it and we hope to be back next summer. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us. We're very grateful —Barrinigton, IL

We had another great stay at the Back Pond Cottage! It’s our fave house to rent in Green Lake because it’s walkable to downtown, the marina and beach. While the house doesn’t have lake access, it has pretty views of the lake and a great deck for watching sunsets. It also has thoughtful extras like lawn chairs for watching concerts in the park and a shed for storing golf clubs and water/boat toys.

Great house! Great location! Very clean!

Had a great week on Green Lake. This house is ideal location to town. Teens can walk and get an ice cream, fishing things, snacks, etc. House had everything you would need. Front screened in porch was great because the mosquitos do get quite bad at night. Would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

We had another great stay at the Back Pond Cottage! We love its in-town location - less than a five-minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops and the marina. We stayed with another family - a total of five kids - so the quick walk to the marina made it easy to get out on our boat. Bonus - the marina offers free 3-hour public boat parking. And we enjoyed lots of great hiking at the GL Conference Center nearby. The kids especially loved the trek up to the top of Judson Tower for a birds-eye-view of the lake (ask to borrow the tower key from the front desk at the Kraft Center!).

Wonderful Home

We have enjoyed staying at Back Pond Cottage several times, and it continues to provide a wonderful setting for our multi-generational family of ten to be together while enjoying the beauty of Green Lake. JoEllen's lovely home is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The great room with a cozy fireplace and the deck with firepit are great for group gathering, yet there are spaces for quiet moments or games as well. The home is furnished with anything you might need for an enjoyable stay. JoEllen is a great host, and we appreciate the updates she has made each year. We all look forward to returning next year.

A Perfect Retreat and Family Place

Excellent Stay at Back Pond Cottage Guest House!

We just enjoyed a 5 day stay at this beautiful home! Back Pond Cottage easily accommodated our crew of 10 people, ranging in ages from 7 years to the 70s. The home is within a block walk of Green Lake, the downtown shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute ride to multiple golf courses. Our host Jo Ellen is easy to work with, very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend BPC!

Wonderful home and host. Had an issue regarding noise from a tree being cut down during our stay however JoEllen resolved it to our satisfaction. It was a little buggy at night which is to be expected being near a pond. House well stocked and thoughtful welcome gifts. Fire pit on deck was very nice as well. Very close to town which is very quaint.

Wonderful!

Our family of ten very much enjoyed our weekend at Back Pond Cottage. We have been here several times now and always look forward to returning for a great time together at JoEllen's lovely home that is perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the great room, a wonderful place to gather and visit with its cozy fireplace and sunny windows with a view of the lake. The front porch and decks are great for morning coffee and evening relaxing. The updated kitchen is furnished with anything you could want for cooking, baking and grilling. The large table provides ample space for meals together, even a birthday celebration. Our grandchildren enjoy the board games and the yard. The quiet location is just a few minutes walk to town for restaurants, shopping, ice cream, and the marina. I think our grandson's comment sums it up perfectly, "It was fun but not long enough".
