I’m very disappointed with this stay and feel it’s important to share my experience for future guests.While early check-in was offered, the access code was not provided at that time, causing unnecessary confusion. Once I did receive the code, I was informed that the hot water “may not be working,” which is a major concern for any stay.Upon arrival, the property was not thoroughly cleaned. There was visible rust in the toilet, as well as sand and dirt in the shower. Additionally, the kitchen sink had little to no water pressure, making it nearly impossible to cook or clean—basic functions that should be expected.I notified the host about the water pressure issue and did not receive a response for 17 hours. When I finally heard back, I was told that the pictures I sent through VRBO were not received and that maintenance would be notified. However, I remained at the property and no one ever arrived. Instead, I was instructed to try to fix the faucet myself by unscrewing the faucet head. Unfortunately, that was not possible as the fixture was rusted, and I did not have tools available.This was my fourth stay at this property, and while I have overlooked previous issues, this experience crossed a line. The inability to reliably access hot water and running water in the kitchen made it impossible to meet basic daily needs.I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
